The Lombard Rangers organization was founded in 2015 by men and aspiring men looking to collectively preserve masculine virtues through practices and lessons in manliness.  Founded on the 10th of December, 2015 the seven original members adopted the principle values of Respect, Responsibility and Toughness as a baseline for all Lombard Ranger activities and lessons in the future.

Respect is projecting positive thoughts and attitudes toward the people and things within our environment.

Responsibility is taking action to serve the things and people in that environment in a positive manner.

Toughness is the ability to persist on the path of positive thoughts and action in the face of challenges.

The founder and current Commander of the Lombard Rangers is Tim Walsh.  Tim is the father of two sons, and husband to a beautiful woman who’s support has been paramount throughout Tim’s adult life.  Tim is a Police Officer, member of the Illinois Crisis Intervention Team and has served in the U.S. Army since 2000, including three combat deployments in support of the global war on terror.  Tim sees the Lombard Rangers as an opportunity to build a strong community of men and aspiring men in which to learn and grow among.
